Patricia Brock

Louisville, KY

I first began photography as a hobby to document family history and record my travels. As time passed I found that my photographs were reflecting the scenes of nature; florals, animals, waterfalls and landscapes.
Exquisite colorful details of nature surrounding us were captured on film. Each photograph holds a special memory and place in time.

I began producing notecards and enlargements that reflected a sensitivity to nature. The interest of friends and family was the spark that led to pursuing a professional venture and Captures of Nature evolved. Today my work is exhibited at juried art shows, specialty shops and galleries.
